I'm very pleased that I don't feel hungry after drinking my Plenny Shake which was a concern for me. I like to mix it up and I've switched shake time between morning, noon and evening and they all work for me although noon is easiest. I've tried four flavors so far (red berries, speculoos and vanilla) but the best one for me is still banana, it really sticks out. I like that the new bag closes even easier than before. I hope all the bags will become like this.

I couldn't drink all the coffee Shake, it gave me so much nausea that I had to throw up everything, and it left me nauseous all day and bloated.

Free Plenny Shake Banana

The banana shake is the first one I tried. I didn't know what to expect from a meal check, and felt a bit confused. However, after trying other flavors, I realised that banana and chocolate where my favorites. Somewhere on the page to order the shakes, they say that their favorite mix is banana and chocolate, and I totally agree. They're great. Usually, I don't like bananas in food, unless it's made with fresh bananas, because I cannot stand the artificial banana flavor. The plenny shake page claims that this shake is made with freeze dried fruits. Honestly, I believe that, the flavor is light and fruity instead of being chemical and overly sweet. TL;DR: if you want a shake, get this one and chocolate, you won't be disappointed.
